I forgot my wallet all I wanted was to withdraw 10 dollars I had my checking number and my social security number and they still wouldnt let me withdraw my money
Today I Came In The Bank With My Sister And We Waited Maybe 5Mins In Line With Only One Teller Who Was Helping Someone Eles Two More People Came In Before A Teller Ask Next In Line Please this Bank Is So Slow... They Need More Tellers Asap!!
Went in to get a Cahiers check. The teller stated they were out of Cashiers checks and referred me to Rite-Aid to get a money order. I did not want to have cash on me counting it at RiteAid. No one was able to open the vault to get the checks. At least refer me to another PNC branch. If I ever need teller services again, I will not visit this branch.
There is always 1 teller. He is slow, and treats me like a criminal because I choose not to carry an atm card. I am sick of him, this branch and will avoid if at all possible
