I went to buy a compact refrigerator, and I wanted it in white. The salesman had a tough time finding it, but he was relentless. End result... I got exactly what I wanted and everyone was pleasant.
I wanted to buy a microwave. I went to Lowe's first. Since big box hardware stores don't stock appliances I decided to go to Home Depot because it was closer when I came back to pick up my Appliance. Unlike Lowe's however, Home Depot charges $59 to have the appliance delivered to the store for pickup. So, the $248 microwave wound up being $307. I went back to Lowe's. My $249 microwave will be in next week.
Go to Lowes.... 3:30 pm on a Monday and know one around to help on Windows and doors.
I never had a bad experience here until I tried to order appliances. The website would not let me order so when I went into the store it ended up taking over an hour because the Associate clearly was not trained properly and had to keep calling someone. I was eventually overcharged for the order compared to website prices, which I realized after the fact. The delivery service used tried 3 times to deliver and finally showed up on the 3rd with half my order so I turned them away. Cancelling everything and will not go back for more than simple items off the shelf that require no assistance.
The Workers Couldnt Help Me Find The Product I Wanted, Went to Different Homedepot cause It Took 20mins Just For Them To Say We Dont Have Product.But He Did Hook Me Up With A Good Barber Shout Out To The Guy At Rentals My Fade Looks Great Brother Man. Stay Blessed.
