Was there for a wedding. I'm handicapped so I needed some help. The first person I spoke to failed to tell me the ground floor had no rooms. But the week before, I called to verify and couldn't have been happier with the help.i received over the phone. Diane assured me she was taking care of everything. When I arrived, we looked at each other and she said Janice and I said Diane??? Lol. So nice to be greeted like that, and remembered. Not only was everything exactly what she said, but she hauled my luggage to my room as I was using a walker. I tried to tip her, but she refused. I could not have been happier with her and by the way all the other employees that weekend!!! (Nov 3,4) It was a very enjoyable stay. With the exception of Sunday morning. No help from desk and no luggage carts available. Was told well it's check out time. Many thanks to Diane and the staff for the exceptional kindness and service!!!!

Its time to update and improve the maintenance of this Hotel. However I have to admit I have never had a negative experience here.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit and hotel staff was friendly.

On the other hand, its a very old hotel, needs lots of updating. The elevators were scratched and dirty, as we reached our floor, carpet in the hallway was stained and looked soiled. Room was very old , linens as well. The restroom was very unconfortable due to the door blocking your way in and out of the shower in addition to being very old and outdated. It even smells old.

Overall a great experience; however, I was woken up at 8:30 by the cleaning service expecting to get into my room. It would be bee a bit more reasonable for them to come a little later. I'm on vacation, I wanna sleep in.

This hotel is improving, they are remodeling it a floor at a time. Of course that means I've had a fairly variable experience with each visit. My last visit was very nice. The gym is decent, the pool is outdoor and closed for the season.

A nice lobby is quickly forgotten once you enter the elevator that is missing screws and shows a fair amount of wear, then the doors open to carpet that has bare patches showing. The room is fair, but the tub cant be used because the drain stopper is missing.

Although I frequent this Hotel often, I have to speak up.
